r999 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules and How We Work Together

1. Introduction

Welcome to r999. These Terms and Conditions (referred to in this document as "the Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you — the registered user — and r999, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at r999.world. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, joining a Ludo table or using any other service provided by r999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

r999 is an online gaming platform built specifically for Pakistani players, offering sports betting (including PSL and international cricket), live casino games, slots, Ludo tournaments and a VIP loyalty programme. All transactions on r999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the r999 platform. If you are already a registered player and no longer agree with these Terms following any update, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the updated Terms take effect.

2. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements to register and maintain an account on r999:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. r999 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another individual or a legal entity are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion order on r999 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. Any deliberate misrepresentation of your identity, age or location constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Your Account

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on r999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms. r999 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original registration will be closed and any balances held in the additional accounts will be forfeited without refund.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r999 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login details with any other person. r999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact r999 support immediately at support@r999.world.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to keep your account information — including your registered mobile number, payment details and name — accurate and up to date at all times. r999 uses your registered mobile number for transaction verification. If your number changes and you do not update your account, you may be unable to complete withdrawals or receive security notifications.

3.4 KYC Verification

r999 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or another government-issued identity document. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functions until compliance is achieved.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

r999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are conducted in PKR only.

Withdrawals on r999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. r999 reserves the right to request that a withdrawal be processed via a different method if the original method is unavailable or if the transaction triggers a security review. Withdrawals from bonus-funded balances are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 6.

4.4 No Third-Party Payments

r999 does not accept deposits from payment accounts registered to a third party. If a third-party payment is identified, the transaction will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts in the registered player's own name.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on r999 are subject to the specific rules of the market, sport or game in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules. r999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market or placed using a technical fault in the platform. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

5.2 Sports Betting — PSL and Cricket

PSL betting on r999 is governed by the rules of the relevant competition as published by the Pakistan Cricket Board. Where a match is abandoned, interrupted or cancelled, r999's void and settlement rules for the affected markets will apply. In-play bets placed after an event has already concluded — for example, due to a transmission delay — will be voided and stakes returned. r999 displays the best available live odds but cannot guarantee the accuracy of in-play data received from third-party data providers.

5.3 Live Casino

Live casino games on r999 are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Playtech. The rules of each game are governed by the provider's certified rulebook, a copy of which is accessible within the game interface. r999 is not responsible for disruptions caused by the provider's studio infrastructure, but will investigate and where applicable compensate affected players in line with its fair-play policy.

5.4 Slots

All slot games on r999 use a certified random number generator (RNG). Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed in the game information panel before play begins. Malfunction of a slot game voids all pays and plays. Any jackpot won during a technical malfunction will not be honoured and the stake will be returned.

5.5 Bet Acceptance and Maximum Payouts

r999 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets. Maximum payout limits by product category are as follows:

• Sports Betting (single bet): Rs 5,000,000 per event
• Accumulator bets: Rs 2,000,000 per ticket
• Live Casino (single hand/spin): Rs 5,000,000
• Slots (single spin jackpot): Rs 10,000,000
• Ludo Games: as displayed per table/tournament

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses and promotional offers on r999 are available to eligible registered players as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device and per payment account. r999 reserves the right to withhold a bonus if it suspects the bonus is being claimed in breach of these conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your r999 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement on r999 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds credited to your r999 account expire 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without notice. Any winnings generated from expired bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will also be removed at the time of expiry.

6.4 r999's Right to Modify or Withdraw Bonuses

r999 reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, suspend a promotion or withdraw an unclaimed bonus at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account and wagering has begun, the original bonus terms will apply unless the modification is required to correct a technical error.

7. Ludo Games — Specific Rules

7.1 Real Opponents Only

All Ludo games on r999 are played against registered human players. r999 does not use bots or automated players to fill tables. If insufficient players are available for a table to start within the stated waiting period, the entry fee is refunded to all waiting players automatically.

7.2 Dice Fairness

Dice rolls in all Ludo game formats on r999 are generated by a certified RNG. Each roll is independent of previous results, player account history and bet size. The RNG is tested for uniform distribution — each of the six faces has an equal probability of appearing on any given roll.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

Players who disconnect during a Ludo game on r999 have a 60-second reconnection window during which their turn timer is paused. If reconnection does not occur within 60 seconds, play resumes with automatic moves until the player rejoins or the game concludes. Entry fees are not refunded for games lost due to disconnection beyond the reconnection window.

7.4 Tournament Rules

r999 Ludo tournaments follow a knockout bracket format. Tournament schedules, entry fees, prize pool distributions and advancement rules are published in the tournament lobby before registration opens. By entering a tournament, you agree to the specific rules of that tournament in addition to these general Terms. Prize distributions for completed tournaments are final and cannot be disputed once results have been settled.

7.5 Collusion and Fair Play

Coordinated play between two or more players — whether in the same household, the same network or through any other form of communication — to gain an unfair advantage in any Ludo game or tournament on r999 is strictly prohibited. r999 monitors gameplay patterns to detect collusion. Accounts found to have engaged in collusive play will be permanently closed and all balances and tournament winnings forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming

r999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available within your account settings at all times without requiring you to contact support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which your account is automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a defined period. Once reached, further bets will be declined until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from r999 for a period of your choosing (minimum 6 months, maximum permanent). During a self-exclusion period, r999 will not reverse the exclusion regardless of requests.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications that display how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost in the current session.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on r999. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on the r999 platform
• Using false, stolen or borrowed identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the r999 platform, place bets or play games
• Exploiting any technical error, odds mispricing or software vulnerability for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, colluding with other players or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game on r999
• Using funds obtained from illegal activity to deposit on r999 (money laundering)
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing access to your account by any third party
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or r999 staff through any communication channel on the platform
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming limit or self-exclusion order through a new account registration
• Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits that have been used to place bets or access games on r999

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the r999 platform — including but not limited to the r999 name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images, graphics, audio and video content — is the intellectual property of r999 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any r999 content without prior written permission from r999. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform content in accordance with normal browsing activity is permitted.

11. Limitation of Liability

r999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure platform stability and uptime, r999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.

r999's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. r999 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

r999 is not liable for the accuracy of sports data provided by third-party data feeds. Where a bet has been settled based on incorrect data received from a third-party provider, r999 reserves the right to re-settle the bet based on the correct data and recover any overpaid amounts from the player's account balance.

12. Privacy & Data

r999 collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your data is handled in accordance with the r999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

By registering on r999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data by contacting r999 support. 13. Account Termination

13.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your r999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled at the normal time and all withdrawable balances will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

13.2 Closure by r999

r999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if: (a) there is a material breach of these Terms; (b) the account is associated with fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; (c) continued operation of the account creates a regulatory risk for r999; or (d) we are required to do so by a legal obligation or regulatory authority. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, r999 may withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An r999 account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. r999 will attempt to contact dormant account holders via their registered contact details before applying a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time.

14. Amendments to These Terms

r999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, r999 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account and will display a notification on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the updated Terms take effect.

Continued use of the r999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
